A new healthcare-focused business is bringing expanded access to diagnostic services in downtown Milford as Phleb-Bility officially opened its doors with a ribbon cutting celebration this week.
The event, hosted in partnership with the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Milford and Downtown Milford Inc., welcomed community members to the new location in downtown Milford.
