“We have worked to build a practice that is approachable, bilingual and committed to serving our community with integrity and care,” Laneyascha Echevarria-Mendez said. “We focus on real estate, corporate governance and contracts. We assist clients with real estate transactions and settlements, business-related matters, contract issues and compliance-related needs. We work with individuals, families and business owners who want practical, legal guidance and strong communication throughout the process.”
Echevarria-Mendez became an attorney because she wanted to build a career centered on helping people through meaningful decisions and important transitions.
“I was drawn to work that combines problem-solving, advocacy and service,” Echevarria-Mendez said. “Over time, that developed into a passion for building a firm that clients can trust and a team that truly cares about the people we serve.”
One of the biggest challenges Echevarria-Mendez has faced is building a firm that serves clients well while also maintaining a high level of personal service.
“As the business expands, it becomes even more important to keep communication strong, systems organized and client care at the center of everything we do,” Echevarria-Mendez said. “Another challenge has been helping clients navigate increasingly complex transactions in a fast-paced environment while making the process feel clear and manageable.”
Her greatest achievement aligns with her challenges, however. Echevarria-Mendez feels her greatest achievement is building a firm that serves clients while also creating opportunities for a dedicated and growing team.
“I am proud of the reputation we are building, the trust our clients place in us and oru ability to make legal services feel more approachable, especially for members of the Hispanic community who value being able to communicate in both English and Spanish.”
When asked what she would have done differently from the beginning, Echevarria-Mendez stated she would have invested even earlier in systems, delegation and infrastructure for growth.
“When you start out, you often try to do everything yourself,” Echevarria- Mendez said. “With experience, you learn how important it is to build the right processes and support team from the beginning. My advice for anyone entering this industry is to be prepared to work hard, stay humble and keep learning. Technical knowledge is essential, but communication, consistency, and integrity matter just as much. This is a people-centered profession, so professionalism and empathy go a long way.”
