The Buccaneer Foundation announced, “The Milford Masquerade,” a fundraiser planned for Saturday, November 21 from 5 to 9 PM at Arena’s in Milford. The event promises to be an evening of live music, food, silent auction and sponsorship opportunities.
“Together, we can open doors, ignite potential and build brighter tomorrows for our Milford students,” Dr. Sara Hale, BEF Board Member and Event Chair, said. “This masquerade is about more than just a night out. It is an opportunity to learn about BEF’s mission, celebrate our community and ensure every Buccaneer has the resources needed to succeed.”
The Milford Masquerade is a relaxed, festive event with a dress code of “cocktail casual” with masquerade masks encouraged. The event will offer community members, educators, parents and local business leaders a chance to gather, connect and directly invest in the future of local students.
“There will be a live band, food, cash bar and silent auction,” Hale said. “All proceeds will directly benefit educational programs and initiatives across the Milford School District.”
The Buccaneer Foundation is a nonprofit organization that raises funds to support classroom innovation grants, student enrichment programs, essential supplies, family and community engagement as well as student scholarships. Since its inception, BEF has supported students and organizations with financial support, including the purchase of a vehicle for the Milford High School FFA.
Tickets are $85 per person and available online. Arenas in Milford is located at 200 Northeast Front Street. Multiple sponsorship levels are available for the event and information can also be found online.
