The 30th Annual Milford Night Out is planned for Tuesday, August 4, 2026 from 6 to 8 PM, in Bicentennial Park. The event is free to the community and sponsored by the Milford Police Department.
“This event isn’t about food, even though it is really, really good food,” Chief Cecilia Ashe said at last year’s event. “It is about promoting safety, promoting positive encouragement for our law enforcement officers and community engagement. Milford has one of the finest police agencies in the state and I know everyone here agrees and supports this department.”
As they did last year, Mike Hines and the Look will perform at the festival. One of the most popular dance bands in the area for over three decades, Hines was excited to perform last year.
“We are excited to be here tonight and celebrate with you here in the park,” Hines said when he stepped to the microphone last year. “Our band has been together 40 years and over all those years, these are our favorites, to be out in the community and bringing you just a little bit of musical joy.”
In addition to free food, drinks and entertainment by the ultimate dance band, the event will feature public safety displays and a K9 demo. Barbecued chicken, pizza and hot dogs are provided at no cost as are sodas and water.
