Milford Public Library has kicked off November with great programs for children, adults and teens. As a reminder, all teen and adult programs require registration due to construction related to the Centennial Transformation Project.
Adults are welcome to attend Chair Yog on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:15 PM. This is a form of exercise that can be done seated or standing, using a chair for support. Chair yoga enhances flexibility, concentration, balance and strength, while also boosting mood, reducing stress and alleviating joint strain. Please register for each class you plan to attend individually.
