Milford Wellness Visit invites the public to a Grass Roots Rescue event on Sunday, April 19 from 10 AM to 1 M. the event includes a vaccine clinic and food pantry among other pet-themed activities.
There are 125 appointments available for free rabies/DAPPV vaccines for dogs. In addition, the event will have a fur baby and family food pantry for those who use the vaccine program. In order to qualify for free vaccines, proof of employment, SSI, veteran status or disability.
The event will also offer a donation-based nail trim by Christa’s Pet Services along with microchipping for $10.
Veterinarians and technicians are donating their time for this e event and Grass Roots Rescue will be on hand with animals for adoption. Secure an appointment by sending an email. Donations to Grass Roots Rescue are also accepted at the event.
