The 2026 Frank and Eleanor Soltner Memorial Outing is planned for July 20, 2026, at the Southern Delaware Golf Club in Milford. The golf tournament is a fundraiser for Delaware Hospice.
“After the wonderful care that Eleanor Soltner received from the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford, her family and friends decided to organize a memorial golf outing,” organizers said. “In just a few short years, the golf outing has raised over $220,000.”
The event lasts all day and welcomes the community to raise funds and create awareness about Delaware Hospice Center. The center offers 24-hour acute care to hospice patients who require symptom management.
Registration is $100 per person which includes greens fees, cart, a light breakfast, refreshment cart, range balls and an awards reception with lunch. There is a silent auction and donations are being accepted.
Sponsorships are also available. The Gold Sponsorship is $2,500 and includes two foursomes, one sponsor sign on selected hole, one memorial sign and verbal recognition at the award ceremony. The Silver Sponsor for $2,000 includes one foursome, one sponsor sign, one memorial sign and verbal recognition at the awards reception.
The Bronze Sponsor is $1,000 and entitles the sponsor to one foursome, one sponsor sign and verbal recognition at the awards ceremony. The Golfer’s Breakfast sponsor is $500 and includes a sponsored sign at the breakfast table and verbal recognition at the awards luncheon. The Beverage Sponsor for $250 receives a sponsor sign on beverage cart and verbal recognition at the awards ceremony.
The Hole sponsor is $100 and brings a sign on a selected hole. The sign sponsor can provide their logo and text for the sign. The Memorial Sign sponsor is $100.
There is a golf package which includes two mulligans, 10 raffle tickets and a putting contest for $25. To attend the awards ceremony only, the cost is $25
