The City of Milford is seeking input from the public as they begin updating the 10-year Comprehensive Plan.
“The Comprehensive Plan is a combination of text and maps that serve as the community’s vision related to housing, transportation, economic development, natural environment and land use that will guide growth, development and infrastructure investments in the city over the next ten years,” Lauren Swain, Economic Development and Community Engagement Director, said.
Feedback from businesses and residents is used to compile components of the Comprehensive Plan. Results of the survey will be compiled into a report that will be shared with the Planning Commission and City Council. The results will be used to create the next update to the plan which must be completed by 2028.
The survey can be found online and there is also information on upcoming meetings or workshops where the plan will be discussed. The survey takes about five minutes to complete.
