In June, Bayhealth announced the appointment of two new members of their Board of Directors. The two new members bring diverse leadership experience and a shared commitment to advancing healthcare across central and southern Delaware.
Doug Motley, CFA, and Major Michelle Rogers will begin serving on the board in July. Both board members bring expertise that strengthens the board’s strategic vision and community impact.
Motley is a managing principal and co-founder of Jack Lingo Asset Management. He leads market research, portfolio development and investment strategy while overseeing $500 million in real estate investments. Motley brings extensive financial and operational expertise to the board. A graduate of the University of Delaware and a Delaware native, Motely also serves as chair of the State of Delaware’s Council on Housing.
Rogers serve as deputy chief of military policy and management for the United States Space Force. She has a distinguished military leadership career with a focus in human resources and policy development. Rogers has served in roles supporting service member and their families at Dover Air Force Base. She holds a master’s degree in human resource management and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wilmington University.
