Milford Pop Warner reminds all parents that registration paperwork is due by July 1 with registration payment due by July 15.
Parents should provide the 2026-27 Henlopen Participant Contract and Parental Consent Form; 2026-27 Henlopen Youth Medical History Form; Final Report Card or Academic Waiver and MPW signed agreements. New players must also submit a birth certificate.
The cost to register is $250 and there is a $25 sibling discount. Fundraising and payment options are available to assist with registration costs.
Anyone who needs copies of the required forms can find them on the SportsYou app or contact the organization via email. Information will also be available at GetFitDay on July 11 from 10 AM to 2 PM. Athletes will work on speed and agility as well as strength and mobility. Core and stability exercises along with injury prevention and movement training will also be provided.
GetFitFriday partners Pop Warner with Evolve Health and Fitness for a fun, high-energy training event designed for athletes aged 8 to 12. The event will be held at 1013 Lemuel Street in Milford.
Every participant receives a youth nutrition guide. Athletes should bring athletic clothing, cleats along with water or sports drinks. The cost is $30 per athlete and there are only 40 spots available. Whether athletes are new to the sport or have been playing for years, all skill levels are welcome. The day is designed to build confidence, improve skills and have fun with the Milford Pop Warner family.
