Milford Police Department identified the man killed in a one-vehicle crash on October 13. Thomas W. Spahr of Milford was the sole occupant/operator of the vehicle.
According to police, on October 13, Spahr was driving a 2011 Cadillac SRX SUV southbound on Dupont Boulevard just south of Old Shawnee Road. For unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed the median into the northbound lane. It then travelled southbound in the northbound lane before striking a guardrail and leaving the roadway. The vehicle came to a stop iin the wooded area just before Marvel Road.
South Dupont Boulevard was closed for approximately two hours until the scene was investigated and cleared.
