Milford Public Library has launched a Downtown Milford raffle that is more than just a fundraiser. The raffle is designed to celebrate the businesses in Milford’s downtown, giving real meaning to #WeAreMilford.
“This is a great way to support the library and get a $20 gift card that can be used at some of our amazing downtown merchants,” Leah Rosell, Executive Director of the Milford Library said. “The raffle will run throughout the month of May, and tickets can be purchased at the Circulation Desk.”
Tickets are $2 each or three for $5.
Tickets offer the chance to win gift cards from Arena’s, Benvenuto, Dolce, Downtown Milford Inc., Fortunata’s Bakery, Gallery 37, Irish Rose, June Bugs, North Pole Creamery, Milford Memories and More, Mispillion Art League, My Sister’s Fault, Shock Vinyl and Surf Bagel.
Winning tickets will be selected across the first 12 days of June with the first drawing on June 1 and ending on June 13.
“Please support the Milford library as we embark on a major remodeling project,” Rosell said. “We are excited for this new chapter in the library and are especially excited to support our downtown businesses.”
