Delaware State Police are investigating an apparent murder-suicide that occurred in Frederica on August 6. Three people were found dead in Highpoint Mobile Home Park.
At approximately 10:57 PM, police responded to Lorna Drive in Frederica for a welfare check. Upon arrival, they found an 81-year old woman and 18-year old man with apparent gunshot wounds as well as a 53-year old woman with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. All three were pronounced dead at the scene.
The identities of the victims are being withheld pending notification of family.
