On July 12, members of the Kent County Drug Unit, Kent County Governor’s Task Force and Delaware State Police Special Operations Response Team, executed a search warrant on Valley Drive in Milford. The warrant resulted in the arrest of two people.
Garron Wescott, 41, of Ellendale and Jasman Gibbs, 31, of Milford, were arrested on felony drug related charges. The search warrant was the result of an investigation into a report of Wescott distributing drugs from the location. The two adults were detained at the residence and there were three children in the home at the time.
A search of the residence led to the discovery of approximately 177.5 grams of fentanyl, approximately 944.91 grams of cocaine, digital scales and drug paraphernalia.

Wescott was taken to Troop 3 and charged with three counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; two counts of possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; three counts of endangering the welfare of a child by committing a drug offense with a child in the dwelling; and conspiracy in the third degree.
After an arraignment by Justice of the Peace Court 7, Wescott was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $129,500 cash bond.
Gibbs was arrested and taken to Troop 3 as well. She was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child by committing a drug offense with a child in the dwelling and conspiracy in the third degree. Gibbs was released on her own recognizance.
