On Saturday, July 19, Delaware Veteran’s Home will be the site of the first annual VA Home Car and Bike Show from 12 Noon to 4 PM. The event is designed not only to provide funding for the veteran’s home, but to bring some joy to the veterans who live there.
This event is sponsored by Steel Horse Knights and Combat Vets. Registration fee for cars and bikes is $15 with registration starting at 10:30 AM. Admission is free for anyone who does not want to show a car or bike with the day containing 50/50 raffles, money boards, chicken platters and more. All proceeds from the event go to the Delaware Veteran’s Home.

Some of their most recent events included “Rollin’ for a Cure” that raised funds for St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital that was held in Wicomico County.
