

Delaware State Police have arrested two suspects in an armed robbery incident that occurred in May in the parking lot of the Harrington Raceway and Casino. Taron Brawner, 34, of Easton, Maryland, and Kyle Parker, 38, of Townsend, were charged in the incident.
On May 11, at approximately 2:45 AM, troopers responded to a report of a robbery at the racetrack and casino. When they arrived, they learned that two unknown male suspects approached the victim in the parking lot as he was getting into his vehicle. The two suspects assaulted the victim, took his property and fled in an unidentified black pickup.
The victim suffered minor injuries in the incident.
The investigation identified Brawner and Parker as the suspects and warrants were obtained. On June 13, Parker was arrested and taken to Troop 3 and arraigned in Justice of the Peace Court 2, charged with robbery in the second degree; conspiracy in the second degree; terroristic threatening; offensive touching and criminal trespass third degree. He was released on his own recognizance.
Brawner was arrested on July 1 and taken to Troop 3 and arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2 where he was charged with robbery in the second degree; conspiracy in the second degree; terroristic threatening; offensive touching and criminal trespass in the third degree. He was released on $5,700 unsecured bond.
