
Delaware State Police have arrested Charles Kemp, 70, of Camden and Christina Mohr, 33, of Felton on drug charges following a search warrant in Camden.
On August 10, members of the Kent County Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant at a property on Dundee Road in Camden. The warrants were obtained following an investigation into Kemp for distribution of illegal narcotics from the property. During the search warrant, Mohr was detained on the property without incident. Kemp was taken into custody when he reported to Probation and Parole.
A search of Mohr and the residences on the property led to the discovery of ten dosage units of oxycodone; approximately 19.99 grams of suspected crack cocaine; approximately 314.55 grams of counterfeit cocaine; one suboxone sublingual strip; digital scales; cooking material with a white residue and $3,651 in suspected drug proceeds.
Kemp was arrested and taken to Troop 3 where he was charged with manufacture, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, tier 2; possession of a controlled substance, tier 2; manufacture, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; manufacture, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance; unlawful to knowingly operate or attempt to operate a clandestine laboratory; conspiracy second degree – agreement to engage in felony criminal conduct; possess or consume a controlled or counterfeit substance except Human Growth Hormone without a prescription; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and committed to the Department of Correction on a $16,000 cash bond.

Mohr was arrested and taken to Troop 3 where she was charged with manufacture, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance, tier 2; manufacture, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; manufacture, deliver, possession with intent to deliver a counterfeit controlled substance; unlawful to knowingly operate or attempt to operate a clandestine laboratory; conspiracy second degree – agreement to engage in felony criminal conduct; possess or consume a controlled or counterfeit substance except Human Growth Hormone without a prescription; and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released on $16,000 unsecured bond.
