

David Waddington, 34, of Milford, and Roger Spurbeck, 71, of New Holland, Pennsylvania, were arrested for reckless endangerment following a shooting incident on Cedar Beach Road in Milford on September 23.
Troopers responded to an address on Cedar Beach Road where they learned that a residence with two adults inside, had been struck by gunfire. No one was injured. The investigation revealed that Waddington and Spurbeck were shooting in the backyard of a nearby residence when they struck the occupied home.
Both men were taken to Troop 7 and charged with reckless endangering in the first degree; possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony; criminal mischief of $5,000 or more and conspiracy in the second degree.
Waddington was taken to Justice of the Peace Court 7 and released on $76,000 unsecured bond. Spurbeck was also arranged by Justice of the Peace Court 7 and also released on $76,000 unsecured bond.
