Matthew J. Tulloch, MD, has joined Bayhealth Primary Care in Milton. Tulloch is a board-certified family medicine physician with more than 30 years in the community.
After earning his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey, Tulloch completed his family medicine residency at Memorial Hospital of Burlington County in New Jersey. Tulloch has been dedicated to serving the families of Kent and Sussex Counties throughout his career with a longstanding commitment to central and southern Delaware. This reflects a deep dedication to providing high-quality, compassionate care to individuals and families.
