Not sure what to get? A gift card is the perfect solution, allowing the recipient to find exactly what they need. The gift card can also be used at the Stone and Sage Healing Center. Holistic health is an approach to life that considers multidimensional aspects of wellness. The healing center offers sound baths, yoga, guided meditation, reiki, crystal light therapy, red light therapy, drum circles and a Himalayan salt room.
Cat Perfetti realized a dream when she opened Stone and Sage in the former Lifecycle location. Her goal was to bring metaphysical healing to Milford, opening the store in August of 2022.
Stone and Sage Metaphysical Shop is located at 37 North Walnut Street while the Stone and Sage Holistic Healing Center is located at 206 North Walnut Street. The shop is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 P, Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 5 PM. The healing center is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and on Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM
