State of Mind Counseling Service, located at 610 Marshall Street in Milford, will hold a ribbon cutting on Saturday, March 15 from 4 to 7 PM. The ribbon cutting is to celebrate the expansion of the service and provide more information about what they offer.
“This is a wonderful opportunity to connect, meet our team and enjoy some local refreshments,” Jessie L. Howard, Ph.D., LPCMH, Co-Owner and Outpatient Therapist, said. “Additionally, we have some exciting items for our silent auctions with all proceeds going to the Greater Milford Boys and Girls Club.”
Howard also said that the event was family friendly with a craft and activity area planned for children.
State of Mind Counseling offers individual, child and adolescent, couples and relationship counseling as well as counseling for trauma. They also have massage therapy and hypnotherapy services as well. In addition to Howard, Stephanie Boley, LPCMH, co-owns the counseling center.
The center accepts insurance, including Highmark, Delaware First Health, UnitedHealthcare and more.
