Milford School District announced that Hailey Pagden will serve as the Milford High School Fall Cheerleading Coach for the upcoming school year. Pagden began her cheerleading career with Pop Warner when she was young.
“Cheer has always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember,” Pagden said. “I’m beyond excited to get this season started.”
A Milford High School alumna, Pagden is a third-grade teacher in the district. Starting with Pop Warner, Pagden cheered on All-Star cheer teams and through middle and high school. She has also coached at the middle and high school level. From 2019 to 2023, she was the Varsity Assistant Cheer Coach and Head Coach at Milford Central Academy. Her experience with the DFRC Blue Gold program is a testament to her commitment to leadership and community involvement.
Known for her strong communication skills, Pagden has an ability to create supportive and inclusive team environments. She has a tireless dedication to the student athletes and is known to go above and beyond with the students, whether that be building routines, encouraging team spirit or supporting students in and out of the classroom.
