Milford School District will hold a Kindergarten Readiness Night on Wednesday, January 21 from 5 to 6:30 PM at the Milford Public Library Lions Club Room. The library is located at 11 SE Front Street in Milford.
Parents are able to pre-register their child for kindergarten at the event. Parents who plan to do so should bring a driver’s license, the child’s birth certificate, proof of residency and an electric bill from their current residence. Proof of residency should be a mortgage or lease statement.
At the event, parents will learn receive kindergarten registration documents and be able to meet staff. There will be a question-and-answer session as well. The district will discuss developmental milestones. Spanish and Haitian Creole translators will be on site with dinner provided.
