Milford Public Library will hold a Community Resource Fair on November 15 from 10 AM to 1 PM. The “Thrive Together Resource Fair” is designed to provide information on local services, support programs and more.
“This program is in partnership with Women Beyond Measures,” Lea Rosell, Executive Director of the library said. “It will provide information on tools that help you thrive in every area of life with something for all ages.”
Women Beyond Measures is dedicated to helping women heal and thrive through life’s hardships. The organization’s mission is to stand beside individuals facing life transitions, trauma, and systemic barriers, offering support as they uncover their inner strength, purpose, and boundless potential. Through compassionate guidance and empowerment, the group strives to help people move beyond challenges and realize the power they hold within themselves.
The organization fosters a welcoming space where women can connect, share their stories, and uplift one another. Through supportive programs and services, Women Beyond Measure equips women with the tools, advice, and resources needed to overcome challenges and pursue their goals. With a focus on nurturing physical, mental, and emotional well-being, the organization empowers women to build resilience, strengthen confidence, and create meaningful change in their lives.
“We will have music, face painting, arts and crafts, balloon animals, pretzels and more,” Rosell said. “There will be onsite sign up for various services as well. Vendor spaces are still available.”
