Linda Lou Hyman of Frederica was remembered by her family after she passed away on August 6. She was 81.
Born June 20, 1944, in West Virginia to Aut Junior and Nellie Irene Thomas Fuller, Hyman grew up in Princeton, West Virginia, moving to Montgomery County, Maryland, when she was 18. She married Robert Ellington Hyman in 1963 where they remained in Rockville.
Hyman enjoyed playing dominoes and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. On her memorial page, Marie Bowen remembered Hyman fondly.
“I remember the days at Solomon’s Florist when I worked there,” Bowen said. “Working with Linda and Judi was such a great time. May God bless her family, keep you all safe and strong. I know Linda is in the arms of God and may her soul rest in peace.”
Hyman is survived by her grandchildren Megan Fairchild, Nikolas Saul, Ryan Saul, Hailey Gardner and Cory Christensen. She is also survived by a brother, Aut Fuller and his wife Connie along with her sister Karen Edwards and her husband, Barry. Many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hyman, daughters Vicki Hyman and Staci Christensen, grandson Ethan Christensen, siblings Judi Monard and John David Fuller.
