Barbara Louise Wisher who began her professional career as a Head Start teacher but later completed her career at Playtex, passed away on February 3. She was 75.
Born on January 4, 1951, to the late Russell and Betty Wisher in Kenton. She received her early education in the Kenton community and graduated from John Bassett Moore School earning her high school diploma. While at Head Start, she faithfully served young children and their families with patience and compassion. She retired early from Playtex.
Barbara was known for her warm and engaging personality. She had a gift for conversation and brought light and laughter wherever she went. In her leisure time, she enjoyed watching her favorite soap operas and Lifetime movies. Above all, she treasured the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought her immense joy and pride.
Her loving spirit and unwavering devotion to her family will forever be remembered and deeply missed.
