Elwood Jacob Killen, Jr. of Felton, DE died November 12, 2025. He was 69 years old. Killen was a self-employed truck driver before working at Kraft Foods. After leaving Kraft Foods, he worked for Pioneer Materials and Allen Myers. He was a member of Felton Community Fire Co, Harrington American Legion, and Harrington Moose Lodge.
Killen was proceeded in death by his parents, Elwood J. Killen Sr. and Edith Killen, his son David Killen, siblings Barbara McCloskey, Alice Bailey, Edwin Seward, Howard Seward, Wayne Seward, and Hazel Seward. He is survived by his daughter Stephanie Martinez (Jake), cousin Linwood (Butch) Killen, grandchildren Griffin Martinez, Kylie Martinez, Harrison Martinez, and friend Lee Ann Lepore.
A visitation will take place on Friday, November 21, 2025 at Berry-Short Funeral Home in Felton at 11:00 a.m. with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 p.m.. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Felton Fire Company.
