Harold W. Frazier, a lifetime member of Felton Fire Company, passed away at the age of 82 on Sunday, August 31.
Born the son of the late Byron Wilson and Pauline Clark Frazier on April 27, 1943, Frazier grew up in Felton and graduated from Felton High School in 1961. For over 35 years, Frazier worked in the Standardbred Harness Racing business while owning and operating Panther Bus Service, driving for Polytech High School.
He established Pine Grove Farm where he raised Boar goats, often lending them to local youth in 4H and FFA organizations. Frazier was happiest when he was around people or outdoors.
Frazier is survived by his daughter, Stacy Morgan, his son, Brian Frazier and fiance’ Lori Lake. He is also survived by his ex-wife and dear friend, Sandra Frazier; granddaughters Emily and Taylor Morgan; grandson, Luke Morgan; nephew Kevin Sipple and his wife, Kelly; a niece, Karen Sipple, along many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Donald Frazier, his sister, Joyce Melvin and his nephew, Steve Sipple.
The family will receive visitors on Monday, September 8 starting at 10 AM at Rogers Hovatter Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment is Barratts Chapel Cemetery in Frederica.
